FieldBid Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how FieldBid ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the FieldBid iOS app.
1. Information we process
FieldBid may process the following categories of information:
- Business profile data (company name, owner name, phone, email, address, license details).
- Estimate data (client details, line items, pricing, notes, totals, and status).
- Subscription data (purchase status and entitlement state via Apple StoreKit).
- Support communications if you contact us by email.
2. How data is stored
FieldBid is offline-first. Core app data is stored locally on your device using Apple-provided persistence frameworks. We do not operate a custom backend that stores your estimate content.
3. Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card number. Subscription events are handled through StoreKit APIs and associated Apple account records.
4. How we use information
Information is used to:
- create and manage estimates, templates, and pricing data,
- generate shareable PDF estimates,
- determine subscription entitlement for premium features,
- respond to support requests.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared only when necessary to provide app functionality through Apple services (for example, StoreKit purchase validation and App Store billing workflows).
6. Retention and deletion
Because FieldBid stores core records on-device, data retention is primarily controlled by you. Deleting the app or removing records from within the app deletes local data from your device (subject to any system-level backups you maintain).
7. Security
We use reasonable technical measures aligned with iOS platform security. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and you remain responsible for device passcode/security settings and backup hygiene.
8. Children
FieldBid is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Since most data is stored on-device, many of these actions can be completed directly in app. For assistance, contact us at support@fieldbid.app.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material updates will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
